Adding a Live Chat or Chatbot

Instructions

1. Navigate to Settings > WP Care Plan
2. Open the “CRM Settings” section
3. Check the “Display Live Chat Or Chatbot?” checkbox
4. Paste the script provided from your third party provider
5. Click “Save Settings”
