How to Add an Airtable Task Log

Instructions

  1. Navigate to your Airtable base
  2. If you haven’t already, create a view to share and then click “Share view”
  3. Copy the string that appears after https://airtable.com/ in the private link
  4. Back in WordPress, navigate to Settings > WP Care Plan
  5. Open the “Task Log Settings” section
  6. Check the “Display Log” checkbox
  7. Enter in a title (for example: Task Log or Maintenance Log)
  8. Select “Airtable” from the Service Provider dropdown
  9. Paste the string from the Airtable private link you copied in step 3 in the last field
  10. Click “Save Settings”
