How to Embed an Airtable Form

Instructions

1. Navigate to your Airtable Base
2. Locate your Form
3. Click “Share form”
4. Highlight and copy the string that appears after https://airtable.com in the private link
5. Back in WordPress, navigate to Settings > WP Care Plan
6. Open the “Form Settings” section
7. Check the “Display Form?” checkbox
8. Leave the “Form Title” empty / blank as Airtable adds the title for you
9. Select “Airtable” from the “Form Type”
10. Paste the string of characters copied in step 4 to the last field
11. Click “Save Settings”
